L is for Luscious...or Lacy

Yesterday I got the privilege of spending the afternoon shooting one of my favorite people in the world, my sister Lacy.  We had an amazing time and her images turned out fabulous.  Here's a sneak peek.  Enjoy!

Spring into Love

On an almost 80 degree Saturday in mid March (how awesome is that!!) I had the pleasure of shooting Kayla and Greg's engagement photos.  We had such a great time laughing, chatting, and creating amazing images.  Here's a sneak peak into our funfilled day!

Bridal Extravaganza 2012

I owe my bridal show success to my parents for making my bright pink walls and for keeping our team fed, buying breakfast at midnight and dinner after the show, my talented Aunts and cousin for doing my decorating, and my sister and her boyfriend Jeff for lending a hand during set-up! Another special thanks to my Aunt Dawna and cousin Carly for attending the show with me. It was a collaborative effort! Thank you all so much!! I couldn't have done it w/o you!  Below you can see the result of our first ever attempt at building a bridal show booth, we were pretty proud of ourselves and learned a lot in the process!


I met many stunning brides, eager to start their planning process.  It was lovely to meet you all and thank you for visiting my booth! I hope to hear from you soon so we can start illustrating your life!  I look forward to capturing your radiance as you walk down the isle towards your future.  It is always an honor to be a part of creating lasting memories of such a special day for my brides and grooms and their families!

A House Call

After photographing baby Alexa in early December her Mommy, Jaci, asked me back to do some family portraits.  Thank you, Jaci for having me back to your beautiful home and letting me play with the kiddo's!  

Marcum's Shoot

One morning in mid-November I woke up to find the sun shining.  It was a gorgeous day considering it was so close to December.  I spent most of the day getting ready for an afternoon shoot with my friend and her family who were visiting from out of town.  My friend, Leslie, is a beautiful woman, she has awesome style, and an amazing family.  It was the perfect recipe for a glorious photo shoot.  Here are just a few of my favorite images from their shoot...
